Professional Qualifications
Clearview's professional background includes 10 years of experience in the building trades, property inspections, and city planning along with a thorough knowledge of building systems, components and methods. Our qualifications also include membership with the National Association of Home and Property Inspectors (NACHI) and the Professional Home and Property Inspectors of Ontario (PHPIO). As members of these associations we must keep up-to-date on the latest building components and inspection techniques through continuous training.

We use advanced tools, such as a moisture meter, gas leak detector, and electrical circuit tester.
