Commercial Property Condition Assessment (PCA)

Property Condition Assessment is an evaluation of a commercial building, its systems, and site components conditions; the assessment includes a list of current and future repair items. Commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCA)  are performed to ASTM Standard E 2018-15 and describe the scope of work and the limitations.A PCA is typically required prior to acquiring a real estate property or for financing/refinancing purposes. Often times it is also a requirement of lenders in order to assure the building is in satisfactory condition.
