Extended Plus (Package 3)

Our comprehensive inspection package is called the Extended Plus Inspection. It includes not only the Traditional and Extended inspection package but also air sampling for mold spores.

An air sample is taken from outside the home and another from the interior of the home (normally in a central area of the basement).  These samples are taken to a laboratory where they are analyzed and produce a report that identifies the mold spores detected, the concentration and the relationship between the exterior and interior sample to determine if elevated levels of mold exist in the home.

Clearview has completed the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Investigator program and is one of the few home and property inspection company in the Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville area to utilize this extended plus protocol.
